Terms & Conditions — Glow Flow Nourish (Full Package)

Enrollment & Payment
• Full payment of $899 is required at the time of purchase.
• All payments are non-refundable.

Program Duration & Expiration
• Program begins January 15, 2026, and all included services must be completed by June 15, 2026.
• Clients are encouraged to complete all three components within the same month for optimal results.
• Lalita Method sessions (Reformer Pilates + LightStim LED Bed) must be used within 30 days of the client’s program start date.
• Skin Lounge and Vitality-Led Health sessions must be completed no later than June 15, 2026.

Transferability & Scheduling
• Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client.
• Each partner manages its own scheduling, availability, and rescheduling/cancellation policies.

Liability & Waivers
• Each business maintains its own intake forms, waivers, and professional standards.
• Clients must complete all required forms prior to services.
• By enrolling, clients accept inherent risks and release each business from liability for injuries or adverse outcomes.

• Clients should consult their healthcare provider before starting any new regimen.

Results & Client Commitment
• Results vary by individual and depend on consistency and lifestyle.
• No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Cancellation & Special Circumstances
• Cancellations follow the policies of each provider.
• Exceptions may be granted for verified death, disability, or relocation beyond reasonable distance, per applicable state law.

Eligibility & Payment
• Available exclusively to active Lalita Method members.
• Full payment of $598 is required at the time of purchase.
• All payments are non-refundable.

Program Duration & Expiration
• Program begins January 15, 2026, and all services must be completed by June 15, 2026.
• Clients are encouraged to complete all three components within the same month for optimal results.
• Reformer class options (8, 12, or 16 classes) follow the member’s existing membership level and must be used within their normal billing cycle.
• Skin Lounge and Vitality-Led Health sessions must be completed by June 15, 2026.
